Highlight of the year: Aerialists from all over the world travel to the "Aerial Tower" in Lenggries for our annual aerial retreat. In the middle of nature, in the mountains of beautiful Bavaria, we train intensively by the "Aerial Tower Method".

Facts

★ An intensive, deepening course, connecting aerial silk with dance,

★ 6 days (5 training days / 15 training hours + 1 free day for site-seeing),

★ Exercises to improve: Clean installations, posture & long lines, and smooth movements,

★ Masterclass in: Styling & details, transitions, performance and stage presence,

★ Always with respect for body and mind,

★ Lunch is included on training days,

★ Open training is after each training at the Aerial Tower possible,

★ During the day, a mountain chalet with kitchen, a mini-spa with sauna and a bouldering wall are available,

★ Site-seeing tips and a group excursion included.

Bonus modules

★ BONUS 1: Theory class "The deepening". We go into deep detail using the “AERIAL TOWER METHOD“ reference guide. Incl. photos, sequences, music counts and tips.

★ BONUS 2: Seminar “A healthy lifestyle for aerialists”. Topics: Nutrition, physical balance, active muscle recovery strategies, injury prevention, positive mindset.

★ BONUS 3: Highlight experience “Night of Atmosphere". Our Aerial Tower becomes a stage, including professional lighting and special effects. Use this opportunity as a unique photo and video booth!

Aerial Tower Method

The training program has been developed with great care by professional aerialist Simone Heitinga .

How it works

We work with short basic routines to music, both on the floor and in the silks, to which we add new elements each training. The aim is NOT to learn complex "drops" but to work in a concentrated way on improving clean installations, posture, long lines and flowing movements. A new compatibility of physical power and elegance underlies this concept.

For whom

This is a course for adults (18+). You love to "dance in the air", are open-minded, like to connect with other international participants and enjoy training outdoors in the fresh mountain air.

Min. requirements: Classic climb, double foot lock, straddle, hip key.

Useful to know: Angle hang, pull up, cross back straddle.

Location

Especially for the international aerial retreats we have opened the AERIAL TOWER.

Address: Hochseilgarten Isarwinkel, An der Brauneck Bergbahn, Gilgenhöfe, 83661 Lenggries.

Airport: Munich (100 km from Lenggries).

Train station: Lenggries (2 km from the Aerial Tower).

If necessary (due to weather conditions), we will move to an indoor training hall.

€ 995

Cancellation policy

A refund minus 10% booking fee is possible up to 2 months before the retreat. A 50% refund is possible up to 1 month before the retreat. After that, no refund is possible. Your credit can be used toward the retreats in 2023.
